Summary:
Nicely groomed course. Picturesque holes overlooking Pearl Harbor. The sand in the traps is like kitty litter (granular but consistent). Some small hills. Fee included transportation, golf, cart & range balls. Enjoyed a beautiful day on a nice course (I'd probably pay $70 to play a similar course around Chicago.)

Summary:
This course is right around the corner from my house and I don't play it enough. It start out rough with many different owners, but now has established itself as a prime golf course. You can't believe the beauty. Enough to challenge the best.
