This is the best kept golf secret in the area. Walter Payton of the Chicago Bears used to work out on this hill; formerly a land fill.
It's a short, "Executive" style course in immaculate condition.
Some holes will remind you of a links course with long grass reminiscent of courses along the coastline.
The tee boxes are in fine shape. The fairways are excellent and the greens are true and well-kept. This course does not get a whole lot of traffic.
If you want to focus on your iron play on a course that has a feel of championship-grade maintenenace, then this is the place to play.
Nice club house with patio and snack bar. Beer too.
The price is right too. Customer Service: Very riendly service Similar Courses Played: Great golf shop.
