| | Reviewed by: Brian Kane, Shoot in the 90s, from Champaign, IL US Summary: The course was amazing and it was in phenominal shape. I played a 2 man bestball scramble on July 22nd. We had a blast. There is an abundance of difficult, but scenic, tee boxes and they all bring a new challenege. I don't play alot of courses but this one had a great, great feature, battery powered carts. I think they make a world of difference when it comes to the noise level. Similar Courses Played: The pro shop is adequate and the restaurant consists of two refrigerators with drinks, candy and, very tasty sandwhiches. The Driving Range is this great little place just down the road from the course (not more than a quarter of a mile). It is run by a few hard working guys who sit and talk golf with you as well as have a prize for hitting an old truck parked 170 yards out (free bucket of balls). I highly recomend hitting a bucket here before you play.
