| | Reviewed by: welshstar, Shoots in the 80s Summary: This course used to be great.
Over the last two years it has fallen on hard times and is not being maintained. The GPS systems are being removed, the overall conditioning of the course is very poor. This is no longer a premium club, the prices being charged are extremely high for the course condition. Customer Service: Friendly but very patchy, you will see the drinks cart once in 18 holes.
Again, costs are cut to the bone with minimial staffing.

| | Reviewed by: romans109, Shoots in the 80s, from Glenwood, IL Summary: Very nice course, one of my favorites to play. Water comes to play in at least 12 holes. 9,16 and 18 are all wonderful holes. Scenic view of Club house from many holes. Well manicured, on weekdays the best bargain anywhere. Beware of creeks and mucho water. Bring extra ammo. Customer Service: good Similar Courses Played: GPS system is superb

| | Reviewed by: Larry Walker, Shoot in the 70s, from Highland Park Summary: Odyssey is by far the best course I have ever played. The greens are green, the course is beatiful, the GPS is fantastic- I cannot say enough about this course. It is reasonably priced and well worth it when you step to the first tee. The staff treats you like family and all the amenities are great. I have played great courses such as Dubsdread, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst and Sawgrass. I think Odyssey ranks right up there. The clubhouse is beatiful and spacious. I love the 16th par 5 island green. The golf academy seems like an ideal place to learn the game. This course is fantastic. Customer Service: Top-Notch consumer service. They made me feel at home. All I need is for my dog to bring me my slippers and I'll feel like I'm relaxing at home. Similar Courses Played: Every single aspect of the facility is fantastic.
