| | Reviewed by: Jim, Shoots in the 70s Summary: I love this course. Have played it 6 0r 8 times over the years as a guest and after every round, can't wait to get back. A true golfer's course. Need to be able to hit every club in the bag. Not a bad or stupid hole out there. My favorites are 3, 6, 7, 9, 13, 14 and 18. Distance is a plus on this course, because it seems to play longer than the measured distance--might be the winds that come up. However, you need to be able to work the ball a little. Some of the approach shots, if you're not in the right spot, will require a fade or draw. Greens feel smaller than average--maybe due to hitting longer irons in. I live in the mid-atlantic but grew up in the midwest and have played some of the best courses in both areas. Bull Valley is one I would love to play every day. Customer Service: Great. From the bag drop to the restaurant--all around top notch.
