    Summary:
Charged $75, no range, no practice area (except small green next to first tee, than starter told us hadn't been cut yet). A semi-private course, whose staff and attitude definately conveyed the impression that they really wanted to be a private course, and keep the playing public away from their doors. Note, the private course next door (of which this course is a part) on their web page says that Westwynd will be semi private for a while, and then private. I guess they need the public's money now, so they can exclude us later. Don't fall prey to this scam, let the private members foot the bill. If you want to play a really friendly course in Rochester Hills, call PINE TRACE at 248-852-7100, they know how to treat the public and they have a rnage. So you don't think this is just sour grapes, I shot 4 over (76), I wouldn't return to this course if the fees were waived, or they offered me a membership.

    Customer Service:
Poor. Rangers drove up on tees and we had to step back and wait for them to leave before you could tee-off. Rude. Cart girls were more interested in selling a $3 soda, and parked next to greens so we had to wait to hit approach shots so group ahead could buy more beer.

    Similar Courses Played:
No range, so couldn't even warm-up. Bag boys were cleaning our clubs even while we were putting on 18th hole. A little too eager to get a tip. Didn't do a very good job. Grass and mud still on clubs w
