| | Reviewed by: ejscheele, Shoots in the 70s Summary: Great view of golf history in Kansas City. Tomahawk was Kansas Citys' original golf course fed by a trolley system back in the early 1900s. The original small green will challange any iron to hit in regulation and they roll pretty consistently through out the season. Prone to burn out in late July, the typically rebound to roll very fast in September.
If you are in for a round of luxury and golf's modern accomodations, you need not apply. If you seek a walk back in time to a nice conditioned golf course at a cheap price with the challange of a few blind shots and an almost gauranteed view of wildlife, Tomahawk is for you. Customer Service: Good Similar Courses Played: Wildlife - deer, turkey and an occasional bobcat are an additional incentive.
