Summary:
Very nice course for the average golfer. It's not a very long course, but it's design makes you play "smart" golf. Why I come back to Hickory Creek is the variety; every hole is completely different. Many risk-reward opportunities allowing for an exciting round. The course has potential to be lengthened and made upscale, but it's designed for the average golfer to have fun. The staff is laid back and help create a relaxed atmosphere. The biggest downfall to this course are the daily leagues. Leagues slow play and make it hard to find tee times.
