I have played this course only once...after a 17 year golfing hiatus and my wife - 15 years. At the time she still couldn't remember that although she was a southpaw - she golfed right-handed with righthanded clubs. We had worked out many of those difficulties by the second hole - but meanwhile four goups had played thru our shame by then. We played the front nine at Arrowwood and we thought it challenging because the initial fairways seemed narrow and heavily tree lined. Any slice was in the hereafter. But I was well out of practice then - so I can not account for how I would look at it now. My stay at the Arrowwood Radisson Resort was one of the best - so I cannot vouch for current experience (unless they send my company an invite).
At the time we played, the Arrowwood Resort was owned by Radisson (part of the Carlson Companies) and the service was exceptional - it has since been sold once (maybe twice).
