Used to be a private club that was immaculate. The city is working very hard to keep the course in great shape, but it gets a lot of play.
That said, this is a great golf course. The fairways are deceptively wide, you really need to hit the ball in the right position. Same with the greens. They are large and very undulating. Keep the ball below the hole!!!
That said, it would be hard to imagine a better municipal course in this part of the country.
