Joe's review is pretty accurate. There is enough of a challange for a good player, playable for the high handicapper. Course is in pretty good shape for as much play as it gets, with greens being pretty good, but fairways generally lacking (especially during dry times). Similar Courses Played:

Heavily played city owned course. In decent shape, but tend to run into slow play often if a foursome backs things up.
Greens are in decent condition. Some of the tee boxes are kind of chewed up from all the play.
I play in a league there, and the course is fair, no hitting a good shot only to end up in trouble. Tight fairways on some, others are completely wide open to the point that following the fairway is not the best option.
Some greens are close to out of bounds, better to be short than long.
Not bad, but better golfers may get bored with the course. Similar Courses Played:
