    Summary:
My wife and I have traveled to amish country, and played this course every fall for the past several years.
We ignore the course difficulty (very tough) and enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as the spectacular views.
We have also noticed the steady decline in course conditions. Apparently the lack of incoming greens fees has taken its toll on the upkeep. Last September the course was in terrible condition. Dirt tees, bumpy greens, ragged cups. Most ball washers were dry and did not have water in them.
    Sorry to see it go.

    Customer Service:
I lost 75 cents in the coke machine on 16, and the girl at the front desk was 'not authorized' to give me a refund. That was the last straw.

    Summary:
The design and layout of this course is nothing less than disappointing. I believe a great layout should reward great shots, allow for a chance to manage the course, and bring risk into play when looking to make birdies and get aggressive. This course has none of that. The course is built around several steep hillsides and provides for great scenery, however, there isn't a flat place to hit a ball on the whole course. A couple par fours will have tee shots collect in a valley regardless if you hit it 190, 210, 230, etc. Others simply leave you a 20 yard wide fairway that slope toward a lake with no chance of a second shot on anything but a side hill lie, blind, into a bunkered green. Challenging - yes, equitable - no. The owners are very friendly, however, the cost is elevated over better courses in the area. I half expected to be putting into a clown's mouth on the 18th hole.

    Summary:
get the columbus golf guide and play this course for $26 m-th, and $36 f-sun...best value in ohio and well worth the drive. every hole has a uniqueness of it's own and challenges every shot. it's the only course i've ever known in which a designated driver might be in order to drive the golf cart up and down the sloping cart paths which travel up to an elevation that allows you to view the beautiful countryside for miles.?

    Summary:
You'd better bring at least a dozen balls with you because this golf course will put you on ice! A scratch golfer once left by the fifth hole after he lost a dozen balls! I have played over 60 golf courses in the mid-Ohio area and this one is by far the best value of any. Situated in the scenic hills of eastern OH, the course beautifully complements the design style by Barry Serafin. It even has a 600 yd. par 6! Friendly owners, excellent maintenace on large, undulating, slick greens, and on-course lodging make this one unique. Easily a $60 - $80 course if located in Columbus. Better not forget to bring a camera, and aspirin, with you on this trip!

    Customer Service:
The owner of this course is perhaps the most accomodating owner I have ran across yet. Fery friendly and very considerate in his pricing!
