| | Reviewed by: Nathan, Shoot in the 70s, from Casa Grande, AZ Summary: After hearing other players in the area rave about the course, I had to check it out. Boy oh boy, quite a disappointment. Now, keep in mind they hold an LPGA event here. Knowing this, I was ready for a nice experience in urban golf. The first noticeable flaw was the not-so manicured course. The fairways were spotty and thin with the rough being... well, almost like an un-trimmed fairway. Not so nice. The second major flaw were the greens. Dry and hard, bumpy and flat. Nothing in the way of variety was ever presented on the greens. They all slope from back to front and all have a lovely circle shape. Oh joy. I will give this course kudos for two things. The price was quite nominal to walk, only $16 for 18 holes. The layout of the track was also interesting with many tree-lined fairways and water hazards here and there. Overall, however, I wouldn't recommened this course to anyone. You can find a better golf experience elsewhere. Similar Courses Played: None
