| | Reviewed by: Randall, Shoot in the 70s, from California Summary: I played the North course and the South course. The North course is much better and more difficult. The greens and tree lined fairways make it a tight but fair test of golf. The greens were US Open speed in December probably because of frost. However, they were still quite playable, and leaving the ball above the hole on this course can easily lead to 3 putting. The Fairways and Tees were in good shape considering it was December, although there were some small bare spots on some holes. The layout demands accuracy, not length, off the tee and superb putting if you are to score on this course. The price at $25 was an excellent value and the surrounding views scenic. The nearby airport was a minor nuisance on a couple holes. I think some holes are a little too close to the road but overall an excellent layout for a Municipal course. Customer Service: Easy to get tee time. Similar Courses Played: Golf range and practice greens much better than most Muni tracts. Friendly service at Pro shop and Restuarant.
