| | Reviewed by: Strick, Shoots in the 70s Summary: Very well managed and maintained course in Dillon, Montana. Terrific small town atmosphere made me feel right at home. 9 hole track with alternate tees that REALLY make it play like an 18 hole course. Long par threes, shapely layout, and well manacured small greens. Very few sand traps, a pond, and a creek that comes into play on 4 holes. I played approx. 60 rounds on this course in 2007 and played to a 2 handicap thanks to the true greens. (On my poorly maintained home course in Florida I play to a 5 thanks to their awful greens). This course has a full sized drivng range. The clubhouse is New and features: a proshop, bar(no hard liquor), and seats about 50. This course gets steady play but not overbooked. This was truely a home away from home, wish I could go back again. Customer Service: Friendly staff and clientel Similar Courses Played: Highland View municipal course in Butte. Gets too much play and clubhouse is dated.
