| | Reviewed by: Mike, Shoots in the 90s Summary: real nice course. high quality fairways and greens. Dramatic elevation changes on many holes including a towering downhill par 3. I enjoyed the course a lot. The holes were challenging, visually interesting and fun at the same time. My only critique was the slope of some of the greens combined with the pin placement that day made it a bit unfair. Several well placed shots landed on the fringe in front of the green and rolled off the back and down a steep hill. On 18 the flag was right in the middle of a steep slope at the edge of the green that continued right off the green and back down the hill. Probably fine if you're a 10 or better, but a couple of people in our group putted off the green due to the pin placement and slope. Customer Service: customer service was great. starter was very helpful, told us about the course and the scenery. Pro Shop comped the range balls and was very friendly. google maps has the address wrong though. this caused a delay in getting to the course. Similar Courses Played: wolf run, arrowcreek, redhawk, lakeridge

| | Reviewed by: Roy 1, Shoots in the 70s Summary: A Troon course. 6849 from the tips. Has 5 sets of tees. This course sits in the foothills overlooking the cities of Sparks/Reno. Nice course with many elevation changes. Mostly uphill. Good diversity. Large fast complex greens, some unfair IMO. (greens) Conditions could be better for the price. ($90.) Cart only. Still a fun course and worth playing. Customer Service: OK. Has a large fancy restaurant and bar.
