    Summary:
The course was being aerated when I was there so that was a bummer. Other than that, the course was in great shape. It's located about 5 minutes away from Downtown Las Vegas. We played the middle tees and It played really short. Some par 4s, I hit 7 iron/wedge. I had one of my better rounds(77). There's very little o.b. on this course. If you hit a crooked tee shot, you still have a chance for par or better. Driving Range was covered and you hit off of a mat. The balls come out automatically from the ground. Pretty nice driving range. All in all, I had a great time there and would recommend to anyone.

    Customer Service:
Everyone was friendly and professional. No complaints at all.

    Summary:
Excellent Staff, very attentive, friendly and helpful. The course is well laid out and looks striking with green fairways and pine trees with desert sand all around. The course is very deceptive. It looks easy and since the is very little OB, tricks you into swinging harder that you should. You will pay the price. The fairways are open, bunkers are deep and greens firm. The greens are where your scores go up. There is no flat surfaces to be found. If you have trouble reading the multiple breaks a 3 putt will be on your card.

    Customer Service:
    Excellent

    Summary:
Played Desert Pines on March 24 and found it to be a real treat. The greens have recently been redone and although a bit "puffy" the rolls were true and consistent. The Carolina pines frame a number of holes nicely. Suggest you play this course when in Vegas. I sure will the next time I visit!

    Customer Service:
Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The day I played there was an outing but I never felt that I was any less important than those playing in the outing.

    Summary:
Played course on August 10, 2002. The greens were absolutely horrible. Dried out with patches of dead grass everywhere. Accuracy is the key to the course as it is pretty short at about 6800 yards. Narrow fairways. Lots of of opportunities to use long iron or 3 wood off the tee, no need for driver really. Greens are very hard to read as it's all double or tripled tiered greens.

    Customer Service:
    Very good.
