Summary:
I really enjoy this links-style course. It is built around water and salt-based waste areas/sand traps. The course was not in great shape when I played it (October 2002) because they had recently aerated and salted the greens. Also, several of the sand traps were like cement and a few others had weeds and grass growing in them.

Nonetheless, the layout is good and there are a number of holes that are beautifully designed.

The course is also only 5-10 minutes from the airport so it is convenient stop prior to or after a trip to the airort.

I don't know what the regular rates are, but when I played it was $20/with a cart. I imagine that it is probably more like $40 during the non-peak season.

Summary:
One of the best new courses in Utah. Terrific facilities, the clubhouse is huge. Perfect place to have a tournament. The large dining/banquet room can accommodate a full 144 player tournament inside for lunch or dinner. Only a picture can do justice to the fireplace (www.golfstonebridgeutah.com). The golf course is a links style with 27-holes. This is an added benefit for large corporate tournaments with more than 144 players. The golf course is in excellent condition (inside). Inside means tees, fairways and greens. The outside (rough) is still a little rough. The greens may be the best in the state. For a new course built on a difficult site, it's in very good shape. 23 of the 27 holes are pretty darn good. Very little to complain about. There are about 4 holes that need some tender loving care but they are still a lot of fun to play. Courteous, friendly staff is a big bonus!

Summary:
Relatively new 27 hole John Miller links style layout lying 5-10 miles due south of the SLC airport. Played Sagebrush/Sunrise combo...slope 134 from the green tees. Sagebrush nine is two years old and just brutal. Well designed but still very immature. Many hidden hazards and tons of water and goose crap. Many nightmare shots into sucker pins over huge bunkers. You have to hit it a least 250 yards over waste or water to even get to many of the fairways from the champ tees. Reminded me of Spanish Bay in Monterey in terms of difficulty but this course (Sagebrush nine) is still very very rough...especially when played in March. Number nine is as tough a hole as I have ever played. My partner was ready to quit after taking 10's plus on the last three holes Sunrise nine was much easier, playing much as a tough muni...much more mature fairways and greens. Enjoyable even on a cold March day.

Summary:
This is a great course. They keep the greens in great condtion.It's very challenging, it is a 27 hole course designed by Johnny Miller. Tees are great cut very short.
You have to get a cart because the holes are very far between. I would hate to walk it personally
