| | Reviewed by: Hotshots, Shoots in the 80s Summary: I've been playing at cedar ridge on and off for the last 5 years. It must be under new ownership because the quality of the staff really went down hill. The course it still great and some of the holes have challenging lengths for a par 3 (250 yrds). The staff, as I mentioned earlier, has changed for the worse. They're not afraid to rush you and make you feel uncomfortable. The last two times I went there they totally messed up my game. They were telling us to hurry up and tee off while there were golfers still on the green. When I pointed this out to the ranger he said nothing and drove off. The previous owners were friendly and must have appreciated repeat business. They would let you play until dark and would have you drop off the cart key in a drop-off slot in the door. These new owners will rush you off the course at 7:30 in the middle of the summer when it stays light until 8:30 to 9:00. My last experience there was so bad that I'm not going again. It was my buddy's bachelor party. They had asked us to golf a 5 member group because there wasn't enough time to start the back nine as two groups. This is because there were many groups rounding the corner that were playing all 18. After the lady at the register asked us to golf as five, the range came up to us a few holes later and made comments to rush us. There's nothing more annoying then having the ranger watch you while you hit your tee shot (which I admit wasn't good with him making me nervous) and telling you that you have to play faster (when there was no one behind us for two holes). I will NEVER go there again unless they sell the place back to the previous owners. Customer Service: Terrible. Ruins the potential that this course once had.
