| | Reviewed by: Noreen , Shoots in the 100s, from Bowie Summary: Bowie Golf and Country Club supports junior Golf in our community by allowing the Bowie High School use of its facilities during the golf season. This outstanding contribution has led to two straight County Golf Championships for the Bowie High School Golf Team.
Go Bulldogs! Congratulations BHS golfers.

| | Reviewed by: cartboy2, Shoots in the 90s Summary: This course is in very good shape especially compared to some of the courses in the area. The value is also good compared to other courses in the area. The fairways are always in great shape and never burnt out, and greens are always full. Rough is usually long yet sometimes patchy during the winter. Even in drought situations, the course is in great shape.
The staff is also very friendly especcialy to young players. They are responsible enough to even let your young golfer go play around by themself. Even in times of tournaments, the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have any special needs they will be tended to. Customer Service: Customer service has always been great. Even on days of large outings, the staff is friendly and always trys to get to make people feel welcomed. They always bring great service especially upon demand Similar Courses Played: Snack area is always very courteous. You will most likely be on a first name baisis after a few visits. They are always very well equipped with what you want. The pro shop has a good selection of most

| | Reviewed by: Mike , Shoots in the 70s, from Bowie Summary: Grew up playing here until I could drive to a better, friendly course. Track is straightforward and relatively easy. Not too much of a challenge. A good course to practice on and get ready for the season. Not worth the money when compared to courses that cost the same amount. The worst part about it is the staff. Treats non-members and kids of non-members like second-class citizens. Demand for purchase of Class C membership in order to play twilight is absurd. Customer Service: Awful attitude. Treats walk-ups with disdain. Twilight policies deter play instead of welcoming it.

| | Reviewed by: Louise Bowie, Shoot in the 80s, from Edgewater, MD USA Summary:
Bowie is a very attractive course with plantings around the tee boxes, which are kept in very good shape. The greens are large and generous; the fairways are in excellent shape. The rough is deep, making if hard to find your ball in some cases.
There are four sets of tees. There is enough trouble to get into to make this course challenging and interesting so you want to go back.
The front nine is fairly flat. It is an easy course to walk, even the more hilly back nine. Customer Service: I have always found everyone to be friendly and helpful. I have not tried to make tee times on weekends, but have never had a problem during the week. Similar Courses Played: The restaurant is a full facility with sandwiches, drinks, beer and mixed drinks. The proshop is well equiped.
