| | Reviewed by: golferonfairview, Shoots in the 80s Summary: This is a great neighborhood golf course in a very nice neighborhood. Definitely has a Donald Ross feel with a very challenging 3-4-6-8-9. Tight and tree-lined and always in excellent condition. Although it is short at 6050 yards, it is no slouch. Rough is nasty and shot placement is critical. The 3rd hole is a great par 4. Customer Service: Very friendly and knowledge staff. Jim Tobin is a great PGA professional.

| | Reviewed by: steve, Scratch golfer, from meldford Summary: Overall the course plays a little short. A lot of irons and fairway woods of the tee. Puts a big demand on driving the ball straight because the rough is deep and greens fairly small. The tee boxes are small and in good shape. The greens are small with a nice opening in front on all holes except for 1 which is protected by a bunker and 5 wich is a shortish par 3 with an elavated green. The greens are fast and tough, you can't miss above pin and they are tricky. overall decent shape. (although I have played in the past where they were much faster and smoother. Course is only a 9 hole track with a Donald Ross feel to it. To bad they couldn't work on the bunkers and give them back the kidney shaped design they must once had. Also some bunkers have been left alone and have since been grown over with grass. Best holes are par 4 third and par 3 eigth. Course will get to you if you don't hit fairways and greens. I would love to know how designed course because like I said it has a Donald Ross feel. Customer Service: course is private I was invited by geust and fely very welcome and at home Similar Courses Played: Jim tobin the Head Pro is great guy and have heard Wonderful teacher
