Summary:
Never got on the course. Bought a sales promotion from door-to-door salesperson. Salesperson sold a free round of golf. Coupon provided for free golf. Pro shop offered buy one get one free golf. Decided not to part with another $40 or in other words pay $80 for a $40 round of golf.

Customer Service:
Poorly treated at pro shop and later via letter.

Summary:
ive only played here 3 times in 16 years of me lifetime. But i found it an ok course although i only got 13 birdies and 4 eagles. on hole 18 it took me 49 shots to get it in( the hole was too small) so that stuffed up my score but apart from that i liked the first 17 holes.

Summary:
I felt compelled to defend little Bay Pointe. The course is under new ownership and has improved dramatically. The greens are still nice, though an attempt to widen them is not going well. The tees and fairways are in excellent condition. While Tree and brush clearing have improved site lines and playability. Longtime players at the course will agree. I was very impressed with the changes and play there frequently.

Customer Service:
The pro shop continues to be a very friendly place.
