Summary:
One of the best golf courses I've ever played around massachusetts - tests accuracy (once you get to the rough, it really gets you), length, and putting (green is wavy). For what it costs, love this course very much. In all 4-5 times I've played there, the pace of play has been very good. I've played around 3.5-4hours/round.

i have played the course since 1974, and since 2001 the course has improved. new traps and hole changes have made the course a little longer and testing. the fairways have really improved and get better every year

Summary:
this 18 holer used to be a dairy farm and gets heavy play from business party groups and leagues....the place gets a lot of wear and tear
