| | Reviewed by: mike from plainville, Shoots in the 90s Summary: First time visitor on a beautiful October afternoon. Expected more than we got. We enjoy Truro as the best links course around. Course and greens in great shape, especially for a muni. But few memorable holes and not all that different from anywhere else. More target holes than links. Plus it does not work well for the infrequent visitor. Several par 5 without a "distance to hazard" guide, resulting in unnecessary layups. Customer Service: we interupted the pro shop guy watching the priec is right Similar Courses Played: Wentworth, Blissful Meadows

| | Reviewed by: Rob S, Shoots in the 90s Summary: Very nice course. Course was well kept and with the multiple tee box options, the layout is very forgiving for the occasional golfer. The website specifies no alcohol, but there was a beverage cart with beer and (suprisingly) a good selection of hard alcohol. The only issue we had (and it was a big one) was that we waited a while on about 15 of the 18 holes. They either need to space their tee times out a bit, or the ranger, (who was very friendly) needs to do a better job of moving certain groups along. They also could do a better job with signage. It was our first time playing this course and were completely lost on two occasions trying to figure out where the next tee box was.

Customer Service: poor after all surely they must tell you before you start that some greens are off.
