    Summary:
I drove out from Long Island to play this course with some work buddies this past weekend and can honestly say I wish the course was in Nassau County. The course is in very good condition with true rolls on the greens. This is not the most difficult of golf courses, but if you enjoy a beautiful setting, great course conditions, friendly staff and really hot cart girls, this is the place for you.

    Customer Service:
    excellent

    Summary:
Course conditions vary somewhat, but for the most part, the greens are fairly true. There has been an awful lot of turnover with the staff in the past couple of years, since they became a member course in the APGA. One constant has been Susan in the clubhouse, who is a delight! Course is slightly overpriced, but AGPA membership softens the blow. A couple of recomendations for the course: Trees on the right on #11 need to be cut back. #10 green needs to be redone. The pin always needs to be placed on upper tier, because green is severely sloped on bottom, and the drainage at the bottom is very poor. Geese are getting out of control as well. Despite these complaints, the course really is fun! I just want "The Beav" to take care of these glaring problems. One final note, Robin is by far the best cart gal in the area.

    Customer Service:
Pro Shop decent. Food service good. When cateredaffairs are being held upstairs, service for golfers tends to suffer in the Club House.

    Summary:
BB has improved significantly over the years. Have been playing there for almost 10 years. Course and aesthetics have improved nicely, beautiful vistas and some challenging holes. Course is well maintained, both greens and tees. Grill room food and service is excellent. Read other reviews and don't know what they are talking about. Very good food, cutest bartender and cart girls around.

Golf - Fair and forgiving course. If you are looking for Plainfield or Baltusrol, not here. But it is a very enjoyable track, with some character and a handful of very challenging holes. The rest are quite adequate and fun to play.

    Customer Service:
Always made welcome, as day player and as member this year.

Reviewed by: Sims Byrd, Shoot in the 70s, from Flemington, NJ

    Summary:
The course is generally in poor condition. The greens are inconsistent and very little attention is given to manicuring. Poor layout: begin with back to back par fives and finish with the same. One par four requires a lay-up with a short iron followed by a long iron approach to the green.

    Customer Service:
Don't play here if you can play anywhere else.

    Similar Courses Played:
No range, poor food, slow service.
