    Summary:
Thank you for e-blast. I was looking for golf course after big snow storm. I know exactly when you guys open and get a discount rate. Course was good shape and clean. Except little wet condition. But it was not bad at all. I had good time with my guest. Thanks again.

    Customer Service:
    good. does all

    Summary:
I looked for golf course near NYC,and i found Emerson Golf Club. Which was only 20 min from GWB.My buddy and i went Friday morning and it still coast $62 with cart. Which was veey good.Because other simular golf course charge weekend rate but not here. Wide open new golf cart and long course. They said 15 min per hole, which i agree because i dont want stay all day inside of golf course. Most golf course does so.
    We had good time.

    Customer Service:
Good golf price and range. Big jumbo hot dot.

    Summary:
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! My husband received a Groupon for his birthday. Because of his work schedule, he was unable to use his Groupon before it expired. I called the manager to see if it would be possible to extend it by 2 weeks until he returned from his work trip. Steve Pyo (the manager) was very rude on the phone. He kept saying "well it's not my fault he didn't use it" and "I have hundreds of people calling to do the same thing so if I do it for them then I have to do it for you." He kept saying he was not able to do anything. It seems to me that the manager of an establishment has the choice to work with the curstomer or not. He clearly had no desire to work with his customer. My husband took several golf lessons on this course and was planning on taking more. He also was planning on bringing 6 other guys with him on his golf day. After Steve's rude and unprofessional attitude, my husband will be doing neither. It seems like bad business practice to be so inflexible with customers. The golf course would have ended up making hundreds of dollars, had they just agreed to extend the groupon by two weeks. I've noticed other similar comments about the customer service. If the company is reading this, they should know that EJ and Steve Pyo (both managers) are having a very negative impact on their company.

    Summary:
I played at Emerson golf club a week ago, course conditions are in good shape. (I was worried about reviews)Tee boxes and fairways are in perfect playing condition. That said I have to say the greens are in good condition and improving.(i dont know about last year) Within week or two, greens should be in perfect condition. I don’t have to worry about greens anymore.
Beside the course being in great shape the club house has a brand new bar with new LCD TVs for your pleasure.
