    Summary:
Hickory Valley has two courses, the Presidential and the Ambassador (never played Ambassador).

The Presidential course is a study in contrasts. The front 9 are new and the 10th looks to be as well. The back 9 are mature.

The front 9 reminds me a bit of a course you'd find in the Carolinas - it's easy to see where the marshy, tree areas were cleared to make room for the holes. The fairways are clipped close and have a nice carpet feel to them, especially in the morning when they're wet. The fairways tend to roll gently with nice variety in fairway bunkers, well defined rough, and interesting cuts along the perimeter. Well manicured sums it up. The greens are large and well taken care of. No weeds to be seen.

The back 9 plays much, much different. The greens are small and the fairways tight with mature trees. The grass on the back nine appears to be different as well.

The clubhouse is very nice, and the course is easy to get onto as a single during weekdays. Fee is $28 to walk during the week.

    Summary:
I love this Place!! Hickory Valley has proven to me to be the best place around. Offering 2 different par 72 course. Ambassordor is a simple but challenging course. The Presentidential now that where i belong. Some what long and very hard. The course kept to perfect condition and rangers are buzzing everywhere to keep play going smoothly. A bit price but worth it.

    Customer Service:
    Very Good
