| | Reviewed by: Leftyloosey, Shoots in the 90s, from Greencastle Summary: Great course to play. Very nice when they have the ability to water the course. Last year at this time it was drought season and the course was hard and dry as a wal-mart parking lot. Great course to get play, especially if you hit good iron shots. Tees 2,8,10,11,12,14 and 18 are the only tees where you might need a driver, but if you can hit long irons you are better off. Fairways are very tight and tree-lined. Several short par 4's. I always shoot my best rounds here since I hit straight irons. I shot an 88 last time out. Customer Service: Nice friendly people. They'll even let you slide on if you get there a few minutes before they open. If you are polite. *wink* Similar Courses Played: Nice clean bathroom

| | Reviewed by: jetta_golfer, Shoots in the 90s, from York, PA Summary: I love this course. Its not the best course I have ever played, but by far probably my favorite. It has some simple straight forward "wail-away at the ball" holes and then there are, how should I say, "guess and swing" holes. The course is situated within Michaux(sp?) State Forest, which makes the scenery absolutely beautiful. There are a few sand traps and even fewer water hazards. The price is definitely right, only like 32 to ride 18. I make it a habit to play this course atleast once a year even though it is about an hour away. If you like the outdoors and enjoy golf, this course is for you. Check it out!

| | Reviewed by: Larry Fedorczyk, Shoot in the 90s, from Waynesboro, PA Summary: Maintenance is so-so, 2nd green has freeze damage, tees are OK. Built in the woods on a rocky hillside, most fairways are narrow. Fairways could use more grass. Customer Service: Friendly staff. Similar Courses Played: No practice range. Restaurant small and average. Pro shop average. Pro is OK. Totem Pole Playhouse is at entrance to the parking area.

| | Reviewed by: J. Wright, Shoot in the 90s, from Chambersburg, PA Summary: Good Track, and not really expensive. Not the kind of place you would travel any great distance to hit but for a local place it gives you a great view if The Caledonia State Forest, Challenging par 3's Some interesting par 4's and a couple of brutal par 5's. The condition of the course really depends on what time of year you hit it. Over all it is enjoyable and at the price you pay you can't beat it. Customer Service: N/A Similar Courses Played: N/A
