    Summary:
I like this place. An old converted potato farm. Lots of elevation changes. Course is pretty wide open but is often windy. I love the par 5's here. Number one is a par 5 which a small stream right in front of the two tiered green. I usually have anywhere from a 4 to a 7 iron for my second shot. Quite a challenge to a small target in the wind. Another par 5 allows you to hit from an extremely elevated tee. Take your tee shot directly over that building to your left to cut some distance but beware of the high stuff. Catch this long par 5 downwind and you can reach with a very short iron. Into the wind might mean a 3-wood. The other two par 5's are wide open. Grip it an rip it! Both good eagle opportunites and easy birdies. A few of the par 4's are extremely uphill. You will hit every club in the bag if you play the back tees. Hole 6 features a downhill par 3 of about 180 yards over a huge ravine. Short is gone and you can drop to the right of the green with penalty or re-tee. The green is not very deep but is wide making the club selection everything on this hole. Windy conditions cause alot of double bogies. Beautiful scenery. Every hole is different and interesting. I play in a match play tourney here and this course makes it nerve racking with all the different elevation changes, the wind and many options available. They have a great practice facility above the golf course and a smaller range near the first hole for easy access.

    Customer Service:
Very good. They treat you like a private club. Bring money to tip. Converted farmhouse is very nice. If you're a senior call for their specials which include lunch.

    Summary:
Received an email from the course that the rates go down to $25 on a weeknight with cart for 18. Wow ! It's got some open holes, some woods holes, some elevation changes, and some water holes. A great variety of holes which require precise golf shots. Greens roll true. Clubhouse and grounds are very unique. An old farmhouse and corn silos converted to an interesting country flavored facility.

    Customer Service:
Great. Polite staff. Get on their email list. Special offers such as the weekday golf rate is phenomenal for a course of this quality.

    Summary:
Great course for the money ($55 to ride on a Sunday)...challenging with many blind tee shots...greens were in nice shape and the par 3's are all scenic, particularly the elevated 7th hole over a ravine. Windy conditions and elevation changes will lend to use of all your clubs. Staff was extremely friendly and pace of play was perfect.

    Customer Service:
Starters were friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the course. Sent you out with a smile.

Great outdoor patio with good food and drink, facing the scenic par 3 9th.

    Summary:
This course has a unique layout and is a great value. The only downside is the time required to get to the course. Get the yardage book before you play. The alignmnet of the fairways and greens is confusing in terms of club selection. This course has character. I rely on 1 birdie per round to make up for a double or triple bogey. The 11th and 12th holes offer the best birdie opportunities. I hate the 6th hole! It's beautiful but I typically take double bogey. The hole is a par 3 from a significantly elevated tee. Club selection is important and difficult. A short shot lands in the marsh. The staff is very nice and the consessions are affordable!
