Played a couple years ago, really liked it. Course was in good shape. I had 16 guys in the group, the hospitality was great too. We all loved the course especially the 10th hole..

    Customer Service:

    Summary:
Haystack is a very nice course in southern Vermont that features quite a bit of elevation changes and a few blind shots, as you would expect from a mountain course. The course is not very long but it can be tight. Greens are large and undulating. A round in September/October is an extra treat with some spectacular views and foliage. The course was in excellent condition, despite a dry summer. It is not difficult to miss the fairways, however, as some are very narrow.Mid-summer rates are about $90, which is too much. Look for the specials in Spring and Fall.

    Customer Service:
Very friendly staff. Putting green but no driving range (that I could see.)

    Summary:
What a beautiful layout. Surely the best golf course in the Northeast. Maybe even on the whole east coast. The course was in beautiful condition. This course offers an array of shots which makes for a very interesting round of golf.

    Customer Service:
    The service was great.
