The course was originally a 9 hole muni and was purchased and made into a legit 18 hole course. The old front 9 is in a high meadow pasture surrounded by a mixture of cottonwood, pine and sagebrush. The course has some elevation changes, good diversity, mostly open but some target golf. Has a few forced carries. The new back 9 is still maturing. This turns into more of a mountain course, with Ponderosa pine lining a good many of the fairways. Doglegs right and left, fairways that are uphill and downhill. The two 9s blend very nicely into one course. The maintenance of tee boxes, fairways and greens is very nice. Beautiful course with many far off vistas. A great deal of fun to play. Because of it's location it does not receive a great deal of play. About $40 to walk. It is a decent hike. Customer Service: Excellent. Has a small restaurant and bar. And decent practice facilities.
