    Summary:
The first reviewer was probably talking about the Center City Golf Course, and all his comments were right on about that track.

This track is good for the $. As previously stated, not always in the greatest of shape on any given day. Plays slow, but early a.m. tee times will play faster.

Good holes include 4, 12, 13 and 17. Plays long, but takes discipline to use irons off a few of the difficult holes.

    Customer Service:
    Rude.

    Summary:
I think the guy who said this course is only 4800 yards was playing a different course in Oceanside. This course from the back tees are around 6400 yards and I believe to be one of the best muni's in the area. Watch out for 17 it's a doozy. Picturesque, fun, and pretty challenging. Just keep in mind that it's a muni when somedays you show up and the greens aren't in the greatest of shapes. Make sur to ask the pro shop how the course is playing specifically the greens.

Reviewed by: Hal Lanzl, Shoot in the 80s, from Grand Junction, CO

    Summary:
Only 4800 yards long from the back tees. Sounds easy, but don't be fooled by distance alone. This is a tough little course, primarily due to the undulations and sharp elevation changes from tee to green. On many holes, the greens are elevated 10 to 30 feet above the tee, but the fairways drop from the tee down 30 to 100 feet then back up to the greens. So if you don't reach the green with your drive, your ball will roll back downhill 50 yards to the fairway. Also the green are small and have a lot of slope. If you can hit the ball straight every time and with proper distance, this can be an easy course, but if not it is a real challange. A fun course to play. Also there are a lot of trees and sand traps.

    Customer Service:
Very friendly people there, make you feel welcome.

    Similar Courses Played:
Very limited clubhouse facility, minimal sandwich bar.
