    Summary:
Course was in much better shape than when I played in October. Greens were very good. Fairways were not great, but good enough. Bunkers a bit spotty. Great course for the price--only $10/person w/cart! Used an online discount service.

    Customer Service:
    ok

    Summary:
Played last week on Friday w/cart for $17 from on-line discount tee time. Good deal. Not too crowded. Played 18 in 4.25 hours. Course is not in great shape now. Many fairways are dried out; greens were often bumpy. Condition should improve in the winter. Holes 10-15 are very interesting and challenging, like a different course. The other holes are ok, but nothing memorable. Lots of old trees and not too many houses. Took us 50 minutes to get there (Rialto)from Pasadena without traffic. Overall, a good value for the discount price, worth the drive.

    Customer Service:
Food and service in the cafe was bad.

It's like Royal Vista in Walnut. Probably built around the same time.

    Summary:
The first review is dead on!! Three years ago you couldn't even clean your ball on this course, was a major JOKE!

Today? Nice greens, fairly quick, but sometims too hard. Good Distance, lots of trees, and real nice par 3's. The back nine is actually as good a nine layout as one can find. The 11th's green is heavily protected by water, but is certainly accessible. The 14th is an excellent par 5 that is reachable with two good shots, but a massive green-side bunker protects the front, so you almost have to "power" a 5 wood in to keep the green. Very fun hole! The 15th is a well done 180 yard par 3 with a massive sloping green.

But this course is still a backwoods run facility. No course Marshalls to keep play going, and no beverage carts on the course either. Play can be gruesomely slow! I showed-up as a single one Saturday morning (before 8 am), to find they were ALREADY 1/2 hour behind on their tee times!!!! How do you do that?

If you don't show up with a foursome, expect your playing partners to NOT know any of the golf rules of etiquette. Expect them to say and do outlandish things. I had a guy constantly make remarks about my clubs. He asked me if my belly putter was a divining rod, he constantly asked me questions about my driver, and even asked to hit it on the 13th hole. During which he raced up to the green ahead of the rest of the group, putted-out with the pin in, and proceeded to go get his Dad, and joined us on 14th hole!!

    Customer Service:
Very young staff. Friendly, but totally lacking in how a golf course should be run.

Does have driving range and putting green. Both are OK. Not great.

    Summary:
Play this course all the time, for many years. Has improved quite a bit in the last 3 years, but still has a ways to go.
Good length, good greens... fairway grass is the weakness, tends to be brownish/clumpy. Pace of play can be slow with over crowding/muni hackers.

    Customer Service:
