| | Reviewed by: BogeyGolf, Shoots in the 90s Summary: Played from the White Tees and found the distance to be a fair test. Fairways were extremely narrow and greens were small with a fair amount of undulation. The speed of the greens were sketchy; some much faster than others but overall fairly slow greens. Bring your hard hat since there are some blind shots to the greens. Some greens are located close to right side of another fairway and certainly reachable by an errant tee shot and there will be plenty of those given how narrow the fairways are. There seems to be quite a bit of force carrys as well, over creeks, ponds and waste land. There are lots of interesting elevated tees and doglegs left and right. 2 for 1 green fee special is still in effect until the end of October ’05. I paid $26 with cart on a weekend which is really reasonable but I am not sure it was worth the 50 minute drive. It was a 5 and ½ hour round due to slow play by group in front and my own group. It will be a difficult course for anyone that can’t keep it in a normal width fairway because on this course you will be 2 fairways over or worse in the rattle snake infested OB areas. It is worth at least one try because of all the elevation change and interesting topology. Customer Service: Seemed fairly friendly. A bit slow because of only 1 person in pro shop. He acted as the starter, look out, and counter guy.
