    Summary:
This was my first visit to this course. I had the Honor to be invited to play by R. Caldwell on this wonderful course.

If you like Pine trees on both sides of the fairway, mind-bending elevation tee boxes and challenging greens...give this a try.

Don't even think of walking this course...unless your a professional athlete, your going to expend all your energy getting to the next hole.

This course is so tucked away...once your round begins, your on a fantastic journey of sight and imagination.

Par 3s - there are 6 of these gems here. W-Tees 132-138-157-154-102-131 and if you beleive that this is a cakewalk, think again. This is a perfect setup to play greenies within your group. Height elevation will just play with your mind.

    Par 4s - 8 of em...Target Golf...

Par 5s - 4 of em...On a couple of holes, getting there in 3 is quite do-able...getting par is another thing.

If you play a Top Flite or a Pinuckle...your going to go belly up in putting. These greens are so very decieving, quick, and the reading the slope will just put your putting skill to a good test. Soft covers will be able to back the ball up, however, in doing so, be prepared to pay the price of a runaway ball back into the fringe.

The rough around the greens is kind for flop shots.

I found my attempts to dial in my yardage to the flag to be of little effect...the elevation change and valley shots will just cause you to end up short.

Be prepared to loose 1-2 balls...but do not fret, you will find 3-4 in looking for yours.

I you really enjoy teeing off with a driver from the elevated tees, your going to just love it! There a couple of hole in which, you have no choice but to lay up your drive with a easy 3w.

This is such a visual challenge to the senses...This is a course that you would want to bring a friend that is from out of state to go play.

Without this invitation from Russ, I probably would have never played this course...But, with his kindness, I got to live a golf dream with a good group of guys on a course that deserves mentioning more than what has been said.

    Customer Service:
The staff is happy to serve, and will not act like a bunch of higher ups. The drink gal is a sweetie.

    Summary:
A beautiful mountain course. Many elevation changes. Mostly target golf, with pine trees lining the fairways. Some forced carriers here and there. Many memorable holes. Conditions are very good from tee to green. Best played by those that shoot in the 90's or better. Not a good beginner course. About $70. to play with cart. You need the cart. (Look for discounts)

A lot of fun to play!!

    Customer Service:

Reminds me a bit of Mt. Woodson, or maybe Bailey Creek.
