Additional Info:
Pete Dye design, magnificent club house, easy to get tee time, friendly staffs.
Extremely damanding, challenging and punishing.
If you are a mid (10-15) handicapp player like me, expect at least 30 here, may be more.(At least at the first time).
Never flat lie, fairways and greens. Topography changes drastically all over. Huge bunker-like flat dry ground beds through out fairway and greens. Need extreme precise position golf. Slight off the line, will be kicked left or right or even backwards and in severe trouble or lost. Too many time, I hit the fairway and green(I'm a very consistent player) and the ball ended up off the target and into the bunker-like dry ground, from where it's very difficult to recover. Most of all, extreme windy condition. Ball wants to move even when putting. Hard to concentrate. Looks like the course is built in windy, lot windy mountain. 3-4 club adjustments needed.
Above all, awesome scenery. Enjoy spectacular view and nice restaurant. Don't expect good score.

Summary:
Very fun, visually stunning golf course cut into the side of the rock. Both courses were fun, challenging and well maintained. Compared to other similar courses the courses were competitively priced and we felt like we got a decent value.
I generally shoot in the low to mid-80s and while I did lose a couple of balls a round it was nothing like some people make it out to be. Not the most forgiving course, but definitely fair. You have a bad shot, you may or may not be able to hit it. Sometimes it bounces OB, sometimes it hits the rock and bounces back in. Unlike the courses in FL I usually play the ball isn't wet (and gone) for most bad shots.
The food was great, range was pretty good and pace of play was fairly fast (< 4hrs) for both rounds we played).

Customer Service:
Excellent, food/drink was also very good

Summary:
Windy. Beware too much windy most of the times. Nearly unplaybale strong wind. Many blind tee shot holes - beware first time visitors. Too steep fairways - Tee shot(driver) rolled back down to my feet.
Many unreasonably shaped holes.
