| | Reviewed by: MellonC, Shoots in the 90s Summary: I lost 6 balls here and got penalized a lot with OBs. But I still like the course and will play here again. You gotta have ball control. Distance is not that important here. Very interesting course with many little challenges. Customer Service: Good.

| | Reviewed by: Martin Herkenhoff, Shoot in the 80s, from Pacific Palisades, CA Summary: This is a beautiful and challenging course that is in very good condition. If you like elevated tees, this is the course for you! I can think of only 2 or 3 holes where the tee box was not significantly elevated. Strategic play is a must on this tight track. The Driver is taken out of your hands on many holes due to doglegs and/or tight driving areas. OB is prevalent, sometimes on both sides of the fairway! Even in mid-summer, the greens were very soft and receptive, w/avg. speed and slopes. Similar Courses Played: None

| | Reviewed by: Ken Hoin, Shoot in the 90s, from West Hills Summary: One of my favorite courses to take visitors. Gorgeous setting deep inside canyon. Overall, very challenging course that demands straight play. Little pricey but worth it compared to other courses in the area. I've played here 3 times and each time the course has been in great shape. The dog-legs are the high points of the course. Customer Service: Customer service overall very good Similar Courses Played: None

| | Reviewed by: Eric Taylor, Shoot in the 70s, from Dallas, TX Summary: What a great course! Set in the canyons separating malibu and the coast from the san fernando valley, Malibu CC, a semi-private club, offers some of the interesting golf in the LA area. Very topographical, many of the tee boxes over look curvy fairways below and to hit the green, players must shoot back up to a plateau landing. Green reading is difficult as finding a point of reference of a flat piece of land is impossible. Well taken care of. Carts are a must. Very fun coarse. Similar Courses Played: None
