    Summary:
One of the most beautiful courses in the world, bring your "A" game. This course promotes thinking of every shot you make during your round, and if you think that once you've reached the green your troubles are over!!well think again.

A must for anyone visiting the Monterey Peninsula,if you went there and didn't play this one "Shame On You".

    Customer Service:
    Great

    Summary:
I absolutely love this course. I only get out to the area once a year or so, and get to pley only 1 round each time I am there. This place is very underrater I feel becauase of Spyglass, Spanish Bay, and Pebble. I think this course holds it's own quite well against the others. I was impressed by the beauty and condition of the course. Some great holes. Strategy off the tee and course management are imperative for a good round. YOu really must put your approsh shots in he proper place or you are looking at many 3 putts. A great challenge, great staff, and overall wonderful golf experience.

    Summary:
This is my favorite course in the world. It is pristine and beautiful. The course requires strategy and thought and not brute power. Every single shot requires focus and concentration or you wind up with double bogey. The greens are extremely contoured requiring care with your approach shots, perfection with your chips and pitches, and great putting. Its just too good to be true at 6300 yards. Hit it solid and play very smart and you'll have a great day in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

    Customer Service:
    First rate.

    Summary:
A beautiful reasonable wooded course. One of the best I've ever played from top to bottom! Carpet like fairways. It's nice to see 5 point bucks and hear seals barking while trying to make a putt. Great staff and pro shop. You can see 5 different holes from the 100 yard long wooden planked deck. A really pretty, serene, and quality experience is to be had @ Poppy Hills. I liked the clock on the range which is hard to find anywhere? Beware of the Red Fox on 17. He will follow your cart and snag any food you have lying out. we didn't mind too much though. Don't miss this course.

    Summary:
In my limited golf history, this is the most beautiful course I have played. Been to Hawaii many times, but this is #1. Played on a foggy morning, that only added to the charm and beauty...I hear it's like this most of the summer.
Challenging is the very least I can say. Trees are a factor on every hole, greens are protected by monster bunkers, and the greens will bring you to your knees. The morning I played was moist (so they played a bit slow), but got a taste of the speed during the later holes. I can see how they could set the pin locations to test even Tiger.
Start off the course with the #1 handicapped hole as number one...trees to the left, sloping gully to the right-green surrounded by bunkers, with no where to land except the small/elevated green!!!

    Customer Service:
Beautiful club house, with moderately priced food. For early tee times, come early and have breakfast first. Average sized putting area, and a hit off the ground driving range. Pro shop is OK.
