| | Reviewed by: Roy 1, Shoots in the 80s Summary: Played Jan. 04. Located on the central California coast. An exceptionally good muni course. It's a beautiful course, with views of the valley and surrounded by farmland and flower fields. No houses! Some elevation changes, decent diversity. Mature trees line most fairways. Trees do come into play on some holes. There are some carries and sand. A few fairways are sidehill and require good shot planning. Some holes are open, some are tight. Course is not so hard that it cannot be enjoyed by most handicap levels. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are in very nice shape. Greens have many subtle breaks. $20-$30 range. You can walk it, but it could be a bit of a hike. Good practice facility. Has an old style decent restaurant (hamburgers). Seems like all the Canadians come here to play in the winter. Customer Service: Very good. Similar Courses Played: Has everything you need.
