| | Reviewed by: Dennis_Hawk, Shoots in the 90s, from Calabasas, CA Summary: An interesting course. Elevation changes
and tree lined fairways. Some doglegs and many elevated greens (especially in the back 9). Overall, in good shape for an LA City course. I sometimes walk-on at 6:30 AM and can get on within 15 minutes. Customer Service: Typical indifferent LA City stuff...ZZZZZ Similar Courses Played: Great pro shop, run by a 3rd party (John Wells, I think).

| | Reviewed by: oscarlc, Shoots in the 80s, from Encino, CA Summary: A good municipal course in the Northeast San Fernando Valley that has a long and interesting layout. There are tree lined fairways on the front nine and a few holes on the back nine are wide open with length and fairway space. The course has holes that you can fade or draw to put you in the best position for approach shots. Bunkers are there and a few can come into play (especially 3 and 4). Not much water on the course. The walk, while long, makes this a good golf experience. Customer Service: Starters are superbly friendly and helpful. Similar Courses Played: Driving range is only adequate in comparison to other nearby courses (Knollwood, Woodley, Balboa). I have never been impressed with their restaurant or snack shop.

| | Reviewed by: Chris Palmer, Shoot in the 90s, from Glendale, CA Summary: Conditions vary by the time of the year. Greens usually putt pretty well - decent maintenance. Course has some interesting holes #10 is straight up par 4 from the base of the hill its about a 50 degree slope.
For a municipal course it's not bad. Rounds can be long but better than many of the other LA courses. The marshals keep it moving. When it's windy, there are some challenging holes.
Customer service is great - friendly and efficient. Similar Courses Played: great new management in the restaurant
