    Summary:
Courses are in good shape right now, but varies depending of the time of the year. Rose Bowl uses the fairways for parking for UCLA Football games and large special event. Both courses are relatively flat nd easy to walk. #1 is long from the tips, large flatter greens. #2 is much shorter but has smaller greens with more undulation, shot makers course. New tee boxes on both courses. Practice range and putting greens have been updated and is in good condition. Both courses get alot of play, best to call in advance to check to see if they have tournaments going off.

    Customer Service:
Starters and marshalls are friendly. Restaurant and bar staff are relatively friendly, most have been there forever.

    Summary:
I don't know what all the hoopla is about. It's a flat course with no interesting challenges. It's basically a parking lot. The greens are OK and fairways are OK. Again, though, there is no thinking involved with this course. Course management never comes into the picture.

    Customer Service:
    OK.

    Summary:
Course #1 is longer and more difficult but its overrated. Better than average Municipal course that cost more than some nicer courses you can play for $50.
Course #2 is fairly easy, short but watchout for the undulating greens on a couple of holes.
Overall, I don't like the course but my friends seem to. Its the only reason I'll play this course. Tournaments and kicking my buddies' butts.

    Customer Service:
    Average service.

    Similar Courses Played:
practice facility is poor, no area to chip and pitch. No practice bunkers and no grass range. Old mats on the driving range.

    Summary:
2 courses here and a good value during the week, but overpriced on the weekend.
The greensfee is $42.00 to walk and $54.00
to ride. I learned how to play golf here, so this is one of my regular courses to play. Course # 1 is about 6900 yards and course # 2 is about 5900 yards. Both are fairly wide open with bunkers and a storm channel comes into play on some holes.
It is run by American Golf, so 5-somes
on the weekend are common. I would play this course during the week for a better experience. I can always walk-on during the week and play with no issues.

    Customer Service:
    So, so.

    Similar Courses Played:
Pro shop and restaurant are good.

    Summary:
This course is so overrated and overpriced. $55 for weekend to ride. You'd be silly to walk this course in the summer when it's 100+ degrees.

Don't be surprised when you finish your round after 5 hours and 45 minutes... just remember who runs this course: American Golf. That's all you need to know. Those smart execs at AGC know how to get your hard earned dollars. They have groups going out every 5 minutes.

    Customer Service:
    good staff.

    Similar Courses Played:
golf shop is good. range is good.
