| | Reviewed by: tmballistic, Shoots in the 90s Summary: I have played this course occasionally since it opened in '96 and it just gets better. It's my favorite NorCal course. A wonderful layout with interesting holes and firm, tricky greens. There are homes around the course, but they are set well back from the course and do not interfere with play at all. Saddle Creek is my idea of heaven. Customer Service: excellent Similar Courses Played: This reminds me of San Juan Oaks near San Juan Batista.

| | Reviewed by: WineGuy, Shoots in the 80s, from Bodega Bay Summary: This course is a hidden gem. Elevation changes, sweeping views of the foothils. Very well manicured, plush fairways even when the adjacent landscape is dried out at the end of summer. No two holes a like. This course will bring me back again soon. Loved it. Too bad it's in the middle of nowhere. Hey, wait, maybe that's a good thing. Food was great, people too! Customer Service: Superior. Freindly, helpful... you name it Similar Courses Played: Restaurant was great. Much better than your standard grill room food

| | Reviewed by: Robert , Shoots in the 70s, from Oakdale, Ca Summary: Very beautiful, challenging course. No two holes are the same. Superb greens and fairways. Runs thru the rolling foothills near Lake Tulloch. Keep the ball in the fairway and don't look for the ones that go astray. Tall grass and potential rattle snakes kept me on the green stuff. Customer Service: Good Similar Courses Played: Practice range was great. Balls should have been included in the green fees, but weren't.

| | Reviewed by: joe, Shoot in the 80s, from san jose Summary: Saddle Creek is fun, with some great holes. Like many new courses, if playing from the regular tees, it's not too long, but still pretty challenging. It's in perfect condition. Customer Service: The starter and golfshop management were very friendly and helpful. Similar Courses Played: There was no clubhouse when I was there (they were in trailors), but the practice facilities are nice.
