| | Reviewed by: topda, Shoots in the 80s Summary: A good tight thinking course. Anyone who takes a driver out on all par 4's and 5's won't usually score well here. I played over 100 rounds at this course when I lived in Eureka, CA. If you have a high ball flight trajectory your ball may plug in several of the fairways after a rain. The best shot off the tee on most holes is a low draw. There is no net on the driving range so watch out on the first and nineth holes. Overall a good course for the money. Customer Service: Great Similar Courses Played: The driving range needs some work, and the practice sand trap and green are awful.

| | Reviewed by: Roy 1, Shoots in the 80s Summary: Beautiful golf course set in the No. California redwood country. No houses. Course has great diversity. Some elevation changes. You will get to use every club in your bag. Not especially long but the uphill holes add to its length. Course has some wide open holes, and some tight holes. In general, conditions are good. Due to the large trees some fairways and tee boxes are thin. Greens in general are in decent shape. It is walkable, but there are some uphill holes that will give you a bit of a hike. Very reasonable. $20 to walk. A very worthwhile course to play. A great many of the locals are very nice to play with and we were from out of town. Customer Service: Excellent. Similar Courses Played: Has everything you need. Driving range on mats.
