It used to be 9 holes, real short, with wide fairways, level greens, and maintenance that could be hit or miss. About a year ago, Baker Municipal went from a mediocre 9-hole course to a pretty damn nice 18. It's an interesting layout with nice views, and some very pretty holes. The architect did a very nice job of melding the good stuff from the old 9 with the new 9. Mostly wide fairways, not too challenging except in a couple of places; the 600-yard uphill par-5 to a very small green will get your attention. This is a course for the driver; you almost can't get into trouble, so let the big dog eat. Nicely maintained, fun, forgiving but not too easy. Worth the trip. Customer Service: Always make you feel welcome Similar Courses Played: Nice little pro shop, very friendly staff
