| | Reviewed by: golfwa, Shoots in the 80s Summary: Really tight course and a total waste of money if you play in the rain. the course had lakes on every green but during a sunny day I could see this being an enjoyable golf course. really short and tight, i think its only like 6500 yards and par 73. i guess worth a try if you play in the summer. otherwise drive down the road and play Kayak. Customer Service: simple. you get what you need without them being rude, but they arent always the most talkative. Similar Courses Played: good range and putting green

| | Reviewed by: Richard Holman, Shoots in the 80s, from Everett Summary: This is a great course. Played High School golf there every day. You cannot get away with many mistakes on the back. Views are breath taking and it's a very good value. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! Customer Service: Great pro shop, guys in there are very nice and they have very good deals on clubs. Similar Courses Played: Driving range is well maintained. The par three course is good for beginners, but the greens suck.

| | Reviewed by: bjohnson42069, Shoots in the 70s, from Marysville, WA Summary: Battle Creek is my local course. I used to greenskeep there and I've seen an amazing improvement in conditions. The last few years, they've been cutting lots of trees around tees and greens for better turf conditions, and it shows. The front 9 layout isn't the hardest, but it will keep you on your toes if you aren't careful. The back is a very imaginative layout, negotiating ravines, hills and large drop-offs. Customer Service: Always pretty good. Similar Courses Played: The restaurant serves good but greasy food.

| | Reviewed by: dikdik2002, Shoot in the 100s, from Seattle, WA Summary: I think this is a very technical course. There are at least three holes with blind doglegs and there are a number of forced carries. It is not a course where you just blindly pull out your driver and rip...unless you like hacking out of the trees. Considering that I played in December, I found the course to be in relatively good shape. Sure, there were mud puddles, but this is the northwest! No, it does nor probably never will have fairways cut to the length of some greens, but its not that sort of course. This is a course to play, not just to be seen on. For me this course is not conveniently located, but well worth the trip. I get a gleam in my eye just thinking about trying to conquer it one more time! Customer Service: Tee times were gladly accepted. They let us start on the back nine so we wouldn't conflict with three foresomes scheduled around the same time. Similar Courses Played: The restaurant is nothing to write home about; bring your own food! The proshop has some great prices.

| | Reviewed by: Brian Whitish, Shoot in the 90s, from Seattle, Wa. USA Summary: Have played this course about 20 times over the last two years. This year the course is in better shape. The greens here can be a little rough, espcially before may. The course doesnt drain particularly well, many trees keep some areas is shade alot and they stay kind of muddy. Its about $25 for 18 and good value for the money. The signature hole, The Rock, is a great par 3 with a view from the tee box of the Puget Sound. Its a good test of golf with a slope rating of 116. Its not usually too crowded on the weekdays. Has grass driving range. Similar Courses Played: None
