Reviewed by: blindsquirrel, Shoots in the 90s Summary: While not a long course per se, the narrowness of the fairways, elevation changes, and layout make this a reasonable challenge for a 90's golfer. Under Premier Golf Course management, the course, while being the busiest course in WA, is well maintained on the whole with a comfortable "muni" ambience that extends from the clubhouse to the playability of the course overall. The course plays dry with long rollouts and fast greens in summer and drains well enough to play reasonably comfortably in all but a driving northwest rain. Generally count on a 4.5 to 5 hour round on the weekends (occasionally longer in summer). Aside from the usual muni issues of slow play and difficulty getting an early tee time, Bellevue is a pleasure to play year round and the pro-shop, grill, and practice facilities (range, chipping & putting greens) are comfortable and well maintained. Customer Service: The staff in the pro shop and grill are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. On occasion there are some problems with a marshal who can't remember how to keep his cart still while you're teeing off or putting but other than that, the staff make a round an enjoyable customer experience overall.
