| | Reviewed by: son of jorrel, Shoots in the 70s Summary: This golf course is really beautiful. It has a lot of wild life...iguanas, turtles, and other nice birds. It also has wide fairways so you can spray that driver and still make save for par. The greens are very decent. The bar and restaurant are nice as well. No range, but I agree with the other reviewer that there is a lot of redneck\hillbilly\trailer trash people that play there. I actually saw a fistfight one time on a Saturday. You might want to go on a weekday. The course is awesome since it's next to the intercoastal. All in all it's cheap and nice without the above mentioned. 26 bucks with cart exlpains the rednecks Customer Service: Operated by dinosaurs (old people retired from the DMV) Similar Courses Played: Okeeheelee

| | Reviewed by: rossg42, Shoots in the 80s Summary: That last guy's review was hilarious. It had me laughing out loud. I used to play this course when I lived in FL. He's right about the breeze off the water. I really liked to go here at twilight times when there weren't too many people there. It was very enjoyable. Customer Service: Fine

| | Reviewed by: Rick, Shoot in the 90s, from West Palm Beach, FL, USA Summary: Tee conditions poor, green conditions poor. Greens always look like elephants were running around on them with spiked heals. That's because the trailer trash that golfs there on the weekends use metal spikes and never repair their spike and ball marks. Despite all that, it is a beautiful course. You will frequently see osprey, wild parrots, racoons and foxes on this course, which overlooks the intracoastal waterway and gets a wonderful gentle breeze. Never hot in the summertime. Big, wide open fairways, which I love. Also a 300-yard par four dog leg right with a large dance floor that can be driven if you clear the trap. Aforementioned trailer-trash frequently will go out in a fivesome and pay two or three balls a piece. Do not play this course on the weekend unless you plan on finishing around Monday morning. 5 and 6 hour rounds are not uncommon. Slow play is a hallmark, and the rangers are paid to do nothing about it. The City of Lake Worth ought to sell this property to someone who gives a damn. Customer Service: Tee times very difficult to make. You can call only during a full moon that comes on the fifth Monday of the month. (Remember, these are municipal employees. They retire from the DMV and go to work here.) Similar Courses Played: The are rebuilding the restaurant and golf shop. Pro is a really nice guy, but he needs to learn something about speeding up play.
