    Summary:
Do not play here. I read previous reviews and had high hopes. I have never seen a course in as bad of a state of disrepair as The Ravines was in. The greens were so bad they were UNPLAYABLE. All of the tee boxes were a mix of dirt and yellowed out/dead grass. The fairways faded right into the rough, there were no rangers, no beer cart, I could go on and on.
I only paid $20 via a discount but I should of asked for my money back. I ended up teeing off, hitting an approach shot, and then picking up because putting is impossible on greens that are covered in sand, never mowed, and for the most part dead. I will never come back. The owners/operators of this course should be thoroughly embarassed.

    Customer Service:
Wouldn't know, didn't see a single ranger I could complain to.

I left as soon as I was done. Im serious when I say that the owner and groundskeeper (if there is one) should be embarassed. The course should be shut down until somebody gives a damn and takes care of it.

    Summary:
What a fantastic place. It is a hidden gem and a must play for everyone. The layout is magnificent and the conditioning second to none. Lots of facilities, including a great range, putting green and pool for the hot days

    Customer Service:
    Great friendly service.

Stayed in the lodges. Just perfect and on the edge of the fairway

Reviewed by: John , Shoots in the 90s, from Orang Park, FL

    Summary:
This course is billed as Florida's Mountain Course, and it plays like a northern course. The changes in elevation as well as the hazards make it a challange. Hole number 9 from the black tees is tough. The course is well maintained.

    Customer Service:
The staff is frendly and helpful, while the facilities are very good.
