    Summary:
There are definitely a few holes that are bad by design. Drainage is poor in some areas (teeing off in an inch or more of water). Don't play here if it has rained recently. Greens are average. Fairways are nothing more than mowed pastures. There is a major goose problem in the summer, the poop all over the greens. OK course if you want a change of scenery, but nothing memorable here.

    Summary:
Greens are in excellent shape. Fairway grass is good BUT EXPOSED DRAINAGE DITCHES frustrate your game. No penalty stroke for pulling balls out of the numerous drainage ditches. Course is trying its best to slowly cover them up. Precision long drives and accurate short approaches is the key to low scores here. Most fairways are narrow with lots of trees or residences. Hole #3 is horribly designed so watch your ball all the way to the fence/residences on the right because the slope takes all good shots there. Good for 70s to 80s shooters. 90s shooters add 6 penalty strokes before playing.
