Whoever wrote the other review has only played 5 courses in the state of kentucky because this is NOT a top 5 course. I will agree about the bathrooms. They were NASTY!!! If you gotta pee, just let it splash on the course. It'll be more sanitary. Now, the conditions were pretty good(except bunkers). The layout is interesting and quite fun. The back 9 was poorly designed(merely because of the last 3 holes). I felt like I was done after 15, and then played 3 "extra" holes. Customer Service:

Most of the turf is in great shape. The only thing that holds this course back would be the sand-traps. The bunker drainage was not properly designed so the sand has mixed with the soil and clay over the years. There is even some large grade rock in them...
If they renovated the sand-traps, I see no reason why Maywood G.C. couldn't be ranked among the top 10 perhaps even the top 5 in the state of KY!!! Customer Service:
Fair! Not a very big selection of food but they have a nice pro shop. They offer very quality rental clubs. And they sell the hottest equipment on the market! Similar Courses Played:
The restrooms are very unsanitary but I'm sure you can get past that! New owners take over at the first of the year and they vow that everything is going to change for the better! Look for maywood gol
